With four apartment styles that range from efficiency studios to one-bedrooms, our specially designed Memory Care apartments provide a safe, comfortable retreat for your loved one when they are not participating in the wide variety of activities and programming that take place in our community spaces.
Our Rosehill Neighborhood's Apartments Feature:
- Spacious bathrooms (including some ADA fully-handicap accessible with roll-in shower)
- In-floor radiant heating and individual thermostat that can be set to your loved one's preference
- Satellite TV programming package and wi-fi internet access
- Utilities included (landline phone service available but not included)
- Kitchen featuring ample storage, full-sized refrigerator and optional above-counter microwave in most units
The Rosehill Neighborhood's Common Spaces
Common Spaces Include
- A spacious dining and activities room with an activity kitchen for baking and more
- A private memory garden featuring raised garden beds, a patio, and a walking path
- A calming sensory room for when one might need a small break
- A comfortable spa room featuring a fully accessible spa tub
Our Memory Care residents also have accompanied access to the Community's other amenities (when appropriate for the individual). Examples include worship services, various community events and celebrations, our salon, wellness clinics and more.

When your loved one becomes a resident of our Rosehill Neighborhood, the nursing, routine cares, re-directions, and similar support become our responsibility so that you can return to your important role as their spouse or child or friend.

One of the most difficult parts of the memory loss journey, for the individual and their family alike, can be one's loss of purpose or identity. By learning about your loved one– their history, routines, likes, dislikes, hobbies and passions– we can develop the flexible routines through our Meaning-Full Days programing.
Our Memory Care program includes a dedicated Meaning‑Full Days Coordinator, a Certified Dementia Practitioner who works closely with our registered nurse to support and guide your loved one’s care. This role adds an important layer of expertise and collaboration, partnering with our resident care specialists to bring well‑rounded, purposeful activity programming to the neighborhood.
Programing brings:
- Meaning-Full Moments: Small‑group and one‑on‑one activities that maintain strengths, spark joy, and support memory—such as music engagement, life‑story reminiscence, sensory experiences, or familiar household tasks.
